Admission Criteria
A self-reliant senior adult is one who:
- Must be at least 60 years of age
- Manages all Activities of Daily Living
(bathing, grooming, dressing, etc.) - Administers own medications
- Ambulates with or without walker
- Makes and keep own appointments
- Manages shopping, laundry, etc.
- Accesses dining room daily and makes appropriate dietary choices
- Takes responsibility for notifying staff if unable to eat or is going out
Services
- Weekly housekeeping w/ flat linen laundry
- One meal per day (can choose which meal)
- Complimentary transportation
- Maintenance free
- All utilities (heat, water, air)
- Emergency call bells 24/7 (RN on staff)
- Programs & Activities
- Can assist with medications for additional fee
- Pet apartments (requires additional deposit)
