Dining Services

At Langdale Place we recognize that meals are not only essential for your healthy wellbeing but also a social activity as well. We aim to please by offering various dining areas and types of services.

Our independent dining room is buffet style. Residents can choose which meal of the day they would like. Breakfast and Supper are open seating. Dinner is assigned seating. Dining attendants will carry trays to the table from the buffet line. Residents dining in this room are ambulatory without walkers. Items such as soup, ice cream and fresh fruit are self-serve.

Personal Care residents using walkers and wheelchairs are served at the table in another dining room. They have the same items as the buffet but circle their choices on a menu. Personal Care residents receive three meals daily and have assigned seating.

Palms residents have their own dining area so that food may be cut up and assistance with eating can be provided if necessary. Meals are served family style at the tables.

Our dietary staff of four cooks and nine attendants provide three hot meals daily. The supper meal also offers a cold plate. Ice cream is available all day from noon to 6 p.m.
